Something new was needed for our nature table, and this is the result; simple quick to make autumn people with acorn hats made of pieces of green fabric to resemble the color of our oak and orange-brownish pieces of fabric for the mantles to resemble the leaves. For the bodies corks were used and the heads are wooden beads. Soon we're shifting to a winter-scene since all the leaves have now fallen from the trees and snow is hanging in the air, but yet it is to enjoy, breathe in the specificity of , focus on, intensify the awareness of and save the very last glimpses of - autumn Linking up with Nicole at Frontier Dreams on Keep Calm Craft On and Friday's Nature Table at The Magic Onions and Waldorf Wednesday on Seasons of Joy |

These little ones are so cute...I have plans in the works for some too but with winter approaching I guess I'll have to make some snowy dolls.
SvaraRaderawow, your leaves have fallen already? some of ours are losing quite a bit but at least the majority of trees are still holding on to their foliage for a few more weeks it seems.
