{Sunday's heartfelt tradition. A time to slow down, to reflect, to be grateful. A list of gratitudes.}
Throughout the week I've felt grateful for:
- the beautiful winter weather this week; sunshine on glistening snow
- calmness and beauty of sunrise on white plains
- Lord of the Ring; The sections about Tom Bombadill and Goldberry made me feel happy
- reading time late at night after the kids have gone to bed
- the burst of fantasy exploded in imaginative play in my youngest
- his sweet little voice retelling stories
- his sweet little voice pretend-calling on the phone
- his tiptoeing dance around the kitcen in the morning forcing his daddy to follow in
- Elvin making dinner for his sister who came home late one evening.
- Lova going with him to town to help him pick out appropriate gifts for Valentine's
- Emmy picking up Timon from preschool when I worked late
- a sewing project successfully finished
- a happy Valentine's day's morning
- finding the recipe on apple sauce muffins that I planned to translate already translated on a blog I read.
- the mild temperature today making it possible to build a snowman
- the joy in planning spring projects
Joining Taryn at Wooly Moss Roots for Gratitude Sunday
